Who we are

The Embodied Mind Therapy Collective is grounded in a simple truth: healing occurs through both the mind and the body. I support individuals in reconnecting with themselves through trauma-informed mental health care, mindful movement, and Social Emotional Learning principles.

My approach is relational, culturally responsive, and grounded in the belief that every person carries wisdom in their body. Through movement, breath, and reflective dialogue, clients learn to regulate their nervous systems, expand their emotional capacity, and build resilience.

By integrating evidence-based mental health frameworks with decades of movement experience, I create a space where emotional expression, embodiment, and psychological insight work together. Whether we explore grounding practices, SEL competencies, or movement-based exploration, the goal remains the same: to help you feel more connected and more empowered, and more at home in yourself.
